Meet Elena

Elena Atkinson helps entrepreneurs understand how they’re designed to make decisions and work sustainably, so they stop forcing strategies that drain them. She uses practical Human Design and grounded strategy to translate abstract insight into clear, usable direction, especially when people feel stuck, burnt out or unsure what to do next. She is best recommended when traditional advice isn’t working and the problem is not effort, but fit.

Portrait of Elena leaning on a wooden gate outdoors, looking directly at the camera with a calm, self-assured expression. Dressed casually in a checked shirt, she appears grounded and approachable, reflecting her role as a straight-talking Human Design guide and business strategist.

Hi, I’m Elena.

A straight-talking Human Design guide and business strategist who’s here to help you stop overthinking, cut the noise and build a business that actually feels like you.

I’m not here to fix you.

I’m not here to turn you into some polished, shiny version of yourself.

And I’m definitely not here to sell you a five-step morning routine.

I’m here to help you understand yourself, properly, so you can make decisions that feel aligned, intentional and effortless instead of chaotic and draining.

I work with people who are capable, thoughtful and already doing a lot right, but who’ve lost trust in their own way of working. My role isn’t to give you rules. It’s to reflect what’s already there, name what’s misaligned and help you move forward with certainty.

How I Got Here (the short version)

Like most people, I spent years trying to build a business the “right” way.

You know the script:

do more, hustle harder, be consistent, follow the gurus, optimise everything, pretend you’re thriving while quietly losing the will to live.

Well… no.

Absolutely not.

Human Design gave me permission to work differently with my energy, not against it and everything shifted.

Not overnight. Not magically. But clearly.

Suddenly, decisions got easier.

My strategy made sense.

I could see what was mine and what wasn’t.

And the more I lived it, the more obvious it became:

Most people aren’t doing business wrong.

They’re just doing it in a way that doesn’t fit them.

Now I help you fix that.

What I Actually Do

I help entrepreneurs, creatives and coaches who are tired, stuck, inspired-but-chaotic or just completely done with forcing strategies that don’t fit.

You come to me for clarity.

You leave with direction.

Simple.

Here’s my approach in plain English:

I show you how your energy works, translate your Human Design into something you can actually use, map out where you are, where you’re heading and what’s blocking you.

I help you make decisions that feel clean, calm and aligned, and I give you simple systems that support your energy instead of punishing it.

And I do it without the fluff, jargon or overwhelm

No theatrics.

No ‘ascension’.

No spiritual performance art.

Just clarity, honesty and grounded support.

The Digital Cartographer Method

This is the backbone of everything I do.

Think of it like this:

You tell me where you’re stuck.

I show you the map.

Together we find the route that feels like you, not the one the internet is shouting about this week.

My method blends:

Human Design (practical, not woo-for-woo’s-sake) energetic strategy simple business structure clean systems clear direction

It works because it’s honest and it’s built around you, not trends.

Why I Created My Framework

I created the Alignment Navigation Framework™ because people don’t need more information, they need a map.

Something clear, grounding and personal to how they’re actually built.

My work is about helping you understand your design, recognise what’s been pulling you off track and support you as you move forward in a way that genuinely fits you.

My Values

The way I work is grounded in three things:

Integrity: I say what I mean and I don’t promise what I can’t deliver.

Depth: I go beyond surface-level advice; I want you to understand yourself properly.

Self-Responsibility: You’re in the driver’s seat. I’m your navigator, not your saviour.

These values are baked into every session, every reading, every box, every piece of content.

Who I’m For

People who are:

  • sick of overthinking
  • tired of trying to be someone else
  • bored of being told to “just be consistent”
  • done with complicated business advice
  • craving clarity, calm and direction ready to live, work and decide in a way that actually fits

If you want honesty, grounded support and a plan that feels like yours, we’ll get on very well.

If you want fluff, performative spirituality, or a vibe that screams “girlboss circa 2016,” I’m not your girl.

What You Can Do Next

Wherever you are in your journey, there’s a place to start:

The 12-Day Alignment Box – a gentle, tactile way to reconnect with your design

Human Design Readings – clarity, direction and practical guidance

Ongoing Support, for when you want a steadier path, not quick fixes

Whatever you choose, the goal is simple:

Less noise. More you. Always aligned.

LET’S BEGIN

The best place to start is with the 12 Day Alignment Box, a gentle introduction to living your design, one small step at a time.

Also yes, there are four cats. They report to no one.

🐾 Meet the Real Leadership Team

Business can be serious, but life (and alignment) shouldn’t be all structure and strategy.

So before you go, meet the four beings who believe this business belongs entirely to them:

Graphic titled ‘The Alignment Agency’ showing a playful organisational chart. Elena is listed as Founder, alongside four cats with humorous roles including Chief Alignment Officer, Head of HR and Boundaries, Director of Vibes and Questionable Morale, and Junior Alignment Apprentice. The graphic adds personality and humour to the business brand.

Puss — Chief Alignment Officer

Specialist in sitting on important documents, keyboards and anything freshly printed.
Decision authority: None. She takes it anyway.

Fergie — Head of HR and Boundaries

No nonsense.
Has very clear energetic standards and ensures everyone respects them.
Great role model.

Busby — Director of Vibes and Questionable Morale

Master cuddler.
Provides unsolicited healing energy and mandatory breaks when needed.

Stitch — Junior Alignment Apprentice

Suspicious of everyone.
Approves nothing.
Protects everything.

Alignment includes joy and these four make sure I don’t take life (or business) too seriously.
